Audit Experience Coordinator

Are you passionate about providing the best experience possible and take satisfaction when things are running smoothly?

We are looking for someone to join our Audit team as an Audit Experience Coordinator, focusing on coordination, process improvements and data insights. Ultimately this role will help to bring processes and touch points together, so we can provide a standout experience.

It’s a real roll up your sleeves kind of role!

You will…

  • Maintain key relationships within CP, ensuring clear communication and expectations have been set
  • Link into the full employee life cycle, such as Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Management, Engagement etc. Taking time to understand our internal processes and how they can be enhanced
  • Log, track and analyse data, monitor processes and liaise with colleagues to offer a next level audit experience
  • Collate and report on feedback from the team, either from our weekly feedback or our annual engagement survey
  • Coordinate and manage actions on projects
  • Manage diaries, helping to organise meetings, take minutes and send/allocate gifts and rewards

The key for this role is organisation. You will be hands on, proactive and an important part to ensuring our audit team is running at their best.

About you…

We are looking for someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. On the organisation front, you will be a pro and have the confidence to challenge the status quo. You will:

  • Be proficient on Microsoft Excel
  • Building process flows
  • Have the ability to work in a growing fast paced environment
  • Have great time management skills
  • Be flexible & adaptable to a changing and growing team
