Audit Senior Manager

Cooper Parry is on the lookout for a driven and out-the-box Audit Senior Manager to come and join the Audit team and push us on to our next phase of growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in a performance driven environment, excels at smashing expectations and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

Our award-winning Audit team cover various specialities. Whether you have a portfolio in not for profit, pensions, large & complex clients, private equity backed companies, AIM listed or privately owned businesses, we have an opportunity waiting for you.

You will be managing a portfolio of clients, taking the time to really understand their needs and the risks they face. While working alongside the relationship partner, you will build amazing relationships with your client’s key contacts to plan the audit process and deliver high quality statutory audits. All while managing a dedicated team to deliver a 1st class service.

What you’ll need…

• Previous experience as a Senior Manager or 3 years Audit Manager experience in a practice environment
• Ability to bring creative solutions and craft exceptional client experiences
• Experience managing a portfolio and leading on relationships with key client contacts
• A collaborative mindset, used to working closely with Partners and Directors
• Ability to communicate complex audit matters clearly
• Someone in the know – keeping up to date with relevant industry topics for consideration and contribution in client conversations on how it applies in the context the audit
