Our R&D Incentives team is more like an R&D family. We are 20 strong and we take care of each other. We’re building something special that will endure. About the role...

We are looking for someone to perform the role of Client Administrator within the R&D Incentives team, working closely with and reporting into our Operations Coordinator who oversees all administrative and operational activities within the team. The role will also involve acting as a PA for the R&D Incentives leadership team. The Client Administrator undertakes and drives all client-related administrative and process-orientated tasks within the team. The role will involve:

• Assisting team members with key client administrative tasks.

• Communicating and working with every member of the team in relation to client administrative duties on a daily basis and autonomously driving through such tasks to completion.

• Liaising with senior team members regarding client administrative tasks and processes.

• Helping manage document storage and management systems including MS Dynamics CRM.

• Helping with data entry and cleansing to keep our ERP system up-to-date.

• Communicating via email with senior stakeholders across the business.

• Helping identify how client administrative processes in the team can be improved.

• Arranging team meetings and booking rooms.

• Drafting and formatting MS Office documents.

• Acting as a PA for the R&D Directors including managing their diary and providing ad-hoc support.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Good at following and executing processes.

• Analytical – someone who can learn what we do and look for better ways to do it.

• Able to build deep trusting relationships.

• A learner – someone who strives to understand and seeks to be better.

• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.

• Experienced in MS Dynamics CRM would be beneficial.

• Experienced in generating reports and dashboards from Power BI would be beneficial
