Client Administrator and Personal Assistant

Cooper Parry Solihull

Job description

Do you thrive on simplifying processes? Have a passion for building relationships with colleagues? Or maybe your natural organisation is too much to be kept to yourself – why not share it… with let’s say, us!

We’re killing it....

At Cooper Parry we disrupt, lead and make life count. We believe in working smart, unafraid of doing things differently if it feels right. We want work to be more than just work. It’s an integral part of our life, of who we are. We shouldn’t have to think about work/life balance. There shouldn’t need to be a balance. There is just life, and Cooper Parry is a harmonious, integral, thrumming part of it.

We are one of the fastest growing accountancy firms in the UK and we have the awards to prove it. We have been voted in the Top 100 Best Companies to work for 6 years running and #1 accountancy firm to work for in the UK, Best Employer in Tax 2020 and Employer of the Year 2018 at the Tolly’s Tax Awards.

Our R&D Family…

Our R&D Incentives team is more like an R&D family. We are 20 strong and we take care of each other. We’re building something special that will endure. A high-performance unit comprised of people from a wide range of backgrounds where we place a huge focus on training and career development. In short, the family is doing fantastically well, by every measure.

We have growth aspirations to significantly increase the size of the R&D family over the next 3 years. Our people-focussed, family-centric approach is central to that growth. This means plenty of scope for career progression. We actively work with every member of the family to discuss career aspirations. We want everyone that joins us on this journey to retire with us. Plain and simple.

• Very high attention to detail. We have slick, well-defined processes.

• Incredibly diligent. We execute with precision.

• Good at following and executing processes.

• Analytical – someone who can learn what we do and look for better ways to do it.
