Are you in studying towards ACA/ACCA? Based in London or the Midlands? Can you imagine yourself working with rapidly growing start-ups and scaleups in the tech sector?

We have an opportunity for you to work within our ground-breaking Tech & High Growth team. We provide a combined and seamless service of Audit, Tax, R&D and Early Stage teams working together as a unit to put growing companies in the best position to fly.

We see our clients’ success as our success, and we are looking for an ambitious Trainee Accountant/Audit Senior who seeks the thrill of seeing how their hard work directly impacts their clients.

A day in the life of an Audit Senior…

  • Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and contribute to help the team to meet its objectives and ensure client demands are exceeded
  • Managing several priorities to deliver high quality results
  • Proactively following up on review points raised by the senior or manager and complete them in a timely manner
  • Effectively planning and organising to ensure all client work is carried out within the appropriate timescales set by the manager and providing regular updates to the manager without being prompted
  • Having technical expertise to ensure audit procedures performed are conducted to correct standard and accounts preparation is accurate
  • Being confident to seek guidance and support from colleagues and managers when required
  • Problem solving to clear audit issues and be flexible to meet manager and client expectations
  • Managing your feedback and development, seek support from your line manager, and be open and honest

What you’ll need…

  • Part ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience working in Audit
  • Bags of personality, with passion… oh, and good with numbers too
  • A keen interest in working with Tech & High Growth companies (experience in this area is desirable)
