Senior Client Manager

We are part of the Tech & High Growth team in Shoreditch, London, working together as a unit to put fast scaling companies in the best position to fly! We see our clients’ success as our success, and we are looking for an ambitious individual to join the THG family.

Our team are leading the way in the Tech & Scale Up sector, which shows through our exceptional growth and our clients trust and satisfaction in the service they receive.

You will be supporting these incredibly inspirational and best funded scaleups in the UK on their journey by:

• Focusing on delivering them with a market leading outsourced finance function alongside the senior management team and ensuring we deliver an exceptional client experience that’s central to everything we do
• Pushing, challenging, supporting, and truly developing your career how you want it to be developed
• Leading team of client managers meet deadline, actively ensure team to meet its objectives and that client demands are exceeded
• Getting actively managing, supporting, and developing client managers
• Reviewing all client deliverables, financial statements, management accounts, VAT returns to ensure they are prepared to correct standard and management accounts give real actionable insight to assist clients to achieve their scaling objectives

What you’ll need…

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience of running your own portfolio and line managing staff
• Recent experience working in a practice environment
• Looking for a new challenge, or rather somewhere to challenge yourself
• Bags of personality, you’re good with people and, oh… you’ll be pretty good with numbers too
• A keen interest in working with Tech & High Growth companies (experience in this area is desirable)
