We are looking to bring on an entry level Client Services Assistant/Client Administrator to join us. What you’ll be up to...

As a successful Financial Planning/Client Services Assistant, you will support the Client Services Associate in the administration of client’s data and provide day to day administrative support to the team based from our East Midlands office. You will:

  • Manage prospects by working with the Relationship Managers to manage leads, coordinate initial meetings and prepare relevant documentation
  • Update and maintain client data on our back office system Xplan
  • Review meeting preparation, prepare documents and obtain updates and valuations from providers
  • Send and chase Letters of Authority
  • General office administration i.e. manage post, printing, booking meeting rooms etc.

What we’re looking for...

For this role you do not need any prior experience. What we are looking for is someone who is:

  • A people person – we will support you to start engaging with clients, providers and other team members
  • A team player – we help each other out and love a team social
  • Self-motivated to learn both on the job and through study as ideally, we would like you to work towards the Diploma in Financial Planning as part of your career progression
