We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resource Administrator to join our growing audit operations team. This role is crucial to the smooth running of our audit department, working alongside Resource Coordinator’s and reporting into the Resourcing Manager.

What you'll be doing...

• Maintain our resource planner and resource request system

• Work closely with our Business Development team and hold time on our resource planner for ongoing pitches

• Challenge resource bookings to ensure a suitable team is allocated to assignments

• Review resource bookings against budgets to identify any shortfalls or overbookings

• Provide timely and accurate information to the resourcing manager on available resource

• Monitor holiday requests for the team and exam leave for students to they have been factored into the resource planner

• Update our resource planner for any new recruits and known leavers

• Work closely with our training manager and allocate time out of the business for internal training courses

What you'll need...

The key for this role is organisation, to keep on top of the resource admin for the team. You will...

  • Be hands on and proactive
  • Previous administration skills in a scheduling environment is ideal 
  • Be adaptable to changing resource needs
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
