Audit Lifecycle Coordinator

Job description
We’re looking for a well-organized and proactive Audit Lifecycle Coordinator to join our Support team in Castle Donington.
The Audit Lifecycle Coordinator will provide administrative support to managers and take a leading role in key areas of client set up, administration of the key audit deliverables, and facilitating the client onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring that all required documents are completed.
Coordination is key as this role will enable the set up of our audit software for new and existing clients, support the planning and budgeting process for key client engagements and assist the stock count arrangements.
This role will also:
- Proactively manage key the bank confirmation process for the managers
- Organise internal and external meetings for the planning and completion stage of the audit
- Assist in the preparation of key audit documents
- Prepare meeting agendas and type up minutes from client meetings
- Organising prior year file reviews
- Assist in resource allocation and budget creation, while ensuring job and team scheduling is up-to-date
- Maintain Manager to Partner review schedule
- Monitor engagement progress, identify potential issues/delays and liaise with the Resourcing and Manager Team to resolve any potential resource restrictions

As the ideal Audit Lifecycle Coordinator, you’ll be a personable, organised and energetic team player with the ability to:
- Confidently communicate with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Work to a fast pace whilst still maintaining exceptional quality in your work
- Adaptable to changing workloads
- Be team orientated and enthusiastic
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
