Do you have an interest in emerging technologies and how it is shaping the future? Imagine working with rapidly growing start-ups and scaleups in the tech sector, very different to your average Audit Senior Manager role!

You’ll be working within the Tech & High Growth team in Shoreditch, London, providing a seamless service alongside Tax, R&D and Early Stage teams as a unit to put growing companies in the best position to fly!

As a Tech & High Growth Audit Senior Manager you will manage a portfolio of some the best funded scale ups in the UK, supporting their founders and finance teams to deal with the challenges of rapid expansion through the delivery of statutory audits.

You will:

  • Build great relationships both externally and internally taking a collaborative approach, working closely with Directors & Partners
  • Be quick to find resolutions to problems whilst managing the audit process, as well as working closely with Tax, R&D and other client services to ensure your clients receive a complete and incredible service like no other
  • Be responsible for WIP management and resource management for clients
  • Support, manage and develop others within the team, including trainees to deliver a first class service
  • Take a proactive approach to identify other opportunities to grow our service line with clients

What you’ll need…

  • Proven experience within a practice environment as a Senior Manager or a Manager looking to take their next step
  • Ability to think out of the box bring creative solutions to craft exceptional client experiences
  • A track record in relationship building and delivering a brilliant client experience
  • A keen interest in working with Tech & High Growth companies (experience in this area is desirable)
  • Like working to pace with an insatiable hunger to succeed
  • Experience in people management which includes regular coaching and feedback to others
